A More Lifted Shape, in Balance With Your Body
Breast lift surgery, also called mastopexy, raises and reshapes the breasts by addressing excess skin and tissue position. The aim is a more lifted contour that suits your body, rather than simply adding volume. Breast shape, skin quality, nipple position and differences between the breasts all influence the plan.
At Estexper, your journey begins with an individual assessment. Your surgeon reviews your anatomy, medical history and goals before discussing the lift technique, incision pattern and expected changes. The treatment programme includes one night in hospital and five nights at the hotel.
Breast Lift Before & After
Breast shape, chest anatomy and starting volume differ between patients. These examples show individual results rather than a result that can be reproduced identically for everyone.

Shape and Position Matter as Much as Size
Mastopexy may be considered when breast position has changed following pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight fluctuations or ageing. A consultation helps distinguish concerns about sagging from concerns about breast volume, so that the procedure matches your priorities.
Breast Position A lift removes excess skin and reshapes tissue to raise the breast contour. The extent of change depends on your starting anatomy. | Shape & Balance Differences between the breasts are considered during surgical planning. A lift may improve balance, although exact symmetry cannot be guaranteed. | Nipple & Areola Position The nipple and areola can be repositioned as part of the lift. Areola size may also be addressed when appropriate for your surgical plan. |
Send recent photographs and relevant medical information for an initial assessment. Your enquiry can be reviewed before travel so that treatment options and the next stage of consultation can be discussed more clearly.
Your Lift Technique Starts With Your Anatomy
Breast shape, skin elasticity, tissue position and the degree of sagging influence the lift technique. Your surgeon explains the proposed changes and incision pattern together, so that the expected contour and permanent scars are part of the same discussion.
Medical Review Your medical history, previous breast surgery, medication use, smoking status and relevant breast health information are reviewed before surgery is planned. | Treatment Selection Your surgeon assesses whether a lift alone suits your goals or whether changing breast volume requires an additional procedure. Implants are not automatically part of mastopexy. |
Incision & Scar Planning Incisions may be placed around the areola, extend vertically to the breast crease or also follow the crease. Your surgeon selects the pattern appropriate to your anatomy and explains the expected scars. | International Coordination Treatment scheduling, transfers and follow-up are coordinated around your surgical plan. The planned accommodation is one night in hospital and five nights at the hotel. |

Before-and-after photographs help illustrate possible changes, but your result depends on your existing breast shape, skin, technique and healing. Ask whether a pictured example involved a lift alone or another procedure as well.

What’s Included
Swelling can obscure the early breast contour. Shape and position continue to settle over the following months, so the appearance shortly after mastopexy should not be treated as the final result.

Recovery Is a Gradual Process
Dressings and a supportive bra may be used after surgery, and drains are sometimes needed. Follow your surgeon’s instructions for wound care, medicines and appointments. Ask when you may shower, drive and resume your usual activities.
Return to work, exercise, lifting and travel should reflect your individual healing. Arrange help with physically demanding tasks and seek prompt medical advice for increasing pain, fever, wound discharge or rapidly worsening swelling. Chest pain or breathing difficulty requires emergency care.
Your Breasts Can Continue to Change Over Time
A breast lift does not stop ageing or the effects of gravity. Pregnancy and significant weight changes can affect breast shape again. Discuss future pregnancy or weight-loss plans when deciding on the timing of surgery.
Attend the agreed follow-up appointments and ask about scar care. Continue appropriate breast health screening, and tell your healthcare professionals about your breast surgery.
Expected Changes, Scars and Risks Should Be Discussed Together
Potential risks include bleeding, infection, anaesthesia complications, delayed wound healing, altered breast or nipple sensation, asymmetry and contour irregularities. Blood clots, damage to nipple–areola tissue and the need for revision are also possible. Your surgeon should explain the risks relevant to your health and treatment plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I have a breast lift without implants?
Yes, a lift does not automatically require implants. Your surgeon assesses whether your existing volume and the planned reshaping can meet your goals. Additional augmentation requires its own discussion and quotation.
How is the lift technique selected?
The technique depends on breast shape, skin quality, nipple position and the degree of sagging. Your surgeon explains the incision pattern needed for the proposed change.
Is a breast lift the same as breast reduction?
A lift focuses on shape and position, while reduction removes breast tissue to reduce size. If smaller breasts are your priority, discuss whether reduction is the more appropriate option.
Can a lift improve breast asymmetry?
A lift may form part of an asymmetry treatment plan. Differences in size, shape and position need to be assessed together, and perfect symmetry cannot be promised.
Will I have scars?
Mastopexy requires incisions and leaves permanent scars. Their location depends on the technique. Scars may fade with time, but the procedure cannot be described as scar-free.
How long will I stay in hospital and at the hotel?
The Estexper Breast Lift programme includes one night in hospital and five nights at the hotel. Your treating team may adjust the medical plan if additional observation or recovery time is needed.
How can I find out whether breast lift surgery is suitable for me?
Complete the consultation form and share recent photographs and relevant medical information. Your enquiry can be reviewed before travel, while the final surgical recommendation follows a clinical assessment with your surgeon.
Send recent photographs and relevant medical information to our team. We can review your enquiry and guide you through the next steps before you travel to Istanbul.
