Early Healing Is Not the Final Appearance
Swelling, bruising, irritation and temporary dryness can occur. Use prescribed eye care and follow the surgeon’s advice on rest, activity and protecting the eye area. Healing and scar maturation take time.
Return to work, contact lenses, makeup and exercise should follow individual instructions. A hotel booking or planned departure date is not a fixed recovery deadline.
Discuss Benefits and Risks Together
Risks include bleeding, infection, scarring, dry eyes, difficulty closing the eyes, lid-position changes, asymmetry and possible revision. Rare serious complications can affect vision. Seek urgent assessment for sudden visual changes or severe eye pain.
