Cosmetic Dermatology
Cosmetic Dermatology is a combination of dermatology and skin care. Our treatment methods at Estexper Clinic can significantly improve various skin problems. Individual peeling treatments with fruit acids and treatments with the most modern lasers are used. Disturbed blood vessels in the face and legs can affect the appearance as well as scars and wrinkles on the eyelids, cheeks, and especially in the upper lip area.
Peelings
These peeling treatments are aesthetic treatment methods that are only carried out in this form in specialized dermatological practices. Depending on your skin type, the skin is peeled superficially, medium-deep or deeply with a natural fruit acid, with a combination of fruit acid and salicylic acid, or with trichloroacetic acid. There are multiple indications for peeling treatments—not only cosmetic but also medical!
The shedding of dead skin cells is supported and accelerated. This leads to a stimulation of cell renewal in the epidermis. The skin surface is degreased, the follicle openings are cleaned, and the skin relief is smoothed. This makes the skin smoother, scars disappear or are significantly reduced, and new, healthy cells move in.
Absolutely helpful for precancerous lesions, actinic keratoses, wrinkles, irregular pigmentation, acne vulgaris, and superficial scars.
Microabrasion is more than just peeling
Microabrasion is an effective treatment method in dermatology. The finest crystal sand is applied to the skin at an individually adjusted thickness. This gently removes old and dead skin cells. The complexion is noticeably improved immediately. The skin feels soft and smooth after just one treatment and looks visually improved.
In addition, the treatment on the skin stimulates the formation of new, young cells, which rejuvenates the complexion. The typical changes in older and stressed skin, such as pigment disorders and irregular skin relief, are significantly alleviated.
Since the method does not require any chemical additives, the microbrasion can also ideally be carried out in summer. No heightened sensitivity to sunlight exists.
Alone or in combination with peeling treatments, microbrasion is a gentle and ideal method for improving the complexion.
Plasma therapy – PRP therapy
PRP (Plateled Rich Plasma) therapy does not use whole blood but blood plasma (the clear part of the blood). This plasma is particularly rich in skin-regenerating cells, growth factors, proteins, blood platelets, and stem cells. The advantage of this method is that only the body’s own plasma is used. No foreign substances are added. There are no allergies or irritation reactions.
Of course, PRP therapy can also be easily combined with other treatments such as BTX, fillers, mesotherapy, and laser treatment.
What is PRP Process?
20 ml of blood is taken from a vein and centrifuged. This centrifugation causes the heavy blood cells to settle at the bottom of the tube and the important, clear, light plasma stays above. This plasma is now drawn up into special syringes and worked into the skin areas to be treated either by hand or with a “meso gun”.
Another method consists of working the plasma obtained over a large area into the skin of the face using a so-called “needling pen”.
Especially in the area of the lower eyelids, PRP can also be introduced with a blunt cannula and thus improve dark circles and discoloration of the skin of the lower eyelid quickly and significantly.
The entire treatment lasts a maximum of 15 minutes.
PRP Application Area
Face
Specific regions, e.g. eyes, nasolabial folds, and the entire face are treated. Your own plasma is injected with pinpoint accuracy. The result is already visible after two to four weeks. There is revitalization, improved texture, improved elasticity, and thickness of the skin. The formation of new collagen fibers is accelerated, wrinkles are smoothed out, and the signs of aging in the skin are improved.
Scalp/hair
Multiple micro-injections of the body’s own plasma into the scalp revitalize the hair follicle. Hair loss is slowed/stopped and hair regrowth is initiated.
Frequency
In most cases, three treatments spaced three to five weeks apart are required to achieve a perfect picture. Refresher treatments are carried out once or twice a year as required.

Skin surface therapy “Needling”
A minimally invasive method to treat skin surface disorders such as scars, striae, wrinkles, fine lines, irregular skin relief, and irregular pigmentation.
The penetration of the fine needles creates a mechanical stimulus in the skin, which stimulates the growth factors in the tissue and stimulates the production of collagen.
This increases skin thickness, improves skin elasticity, increases moisture content and improves blood circulation. Common side effects of strong peelings and laser treatments, such as long-lasting pigment shifts, are virtually non-existent.
Execution
First, the area to be treated is thoroughly disinfected. An anesthetic cream is then applied, which must take effect for around 30 minutes. Then the cream is removed and thoroughly disinfected again. Now the actual therapy begins. The skin areas to be treated are rolled over several times in several directions with the special needling roller. The doctor exerts a certain amount of pressure on the roller so that the fine needles penetrate the prescribed depth of the skin. This process leads to punctiform bleeding in the treated areas.
After the actual needling treatment, vitamin concentrates, hyaluronic acid, and/or the body’s own stem cells can be applied to the treated area to further enhance the therapeutic effect.
After a 5-10 minute rest phase, a skin-soothing cream is rubbed in. This completes the treatment session.
The optimal result is achieved after four to five therapy sessions.
Laser
Areas of application for laser treatment are:
Facial wrinkles, impure skin, crow’s feet, upper lip wrinkles, benign marks, pigment spots, age spots, annoying scars (acne, accident), stretch marks, horn deposits, warts (plantar warts, mollusc warts, senile warts), fat deposits (eyelids), enlarged sebaceous glands (face), couperose ( red veins on the nose and cheeks), spider veins, small varicose veins and annoying hair growth (beard, bikini zone, arms, legs, back).

The use of the laser enables improvements that are not possible with the scalpel.
